“Everything as described. Was informed that delivery would take about 14 days got home to find driveway stack with wood after 5 days which was good but would of been nice to be informed”

“Waited 5 weeks for worktops and upstands only to be sent worktops with no upstands.i had to source them from elsewhere or wait for further delivery. I did receive a prompt refund.”

“The email address for queries was of no use,was told to contact the store. Not able to contact by phone (too busy) Was then given an email address for store when I requested the main query office to get in touch with the store. The Blackpool store was very helpful.”

“Great product and easy to use the website to order. The only thing lacking was that I had no update on what time the delivery was going to take place to had to ring the store and the customer service department to find out. Luckily I am working from home and was able to accept delivery. I do think this needs to be addressed so customers have some idea when their delivery will arrive. The drivers were lovely and really helpful.”

“Unfortunately customer service does not exist. After four emails, had one short reply (not resolved anything). Received wrong lenght of worktop sides, Savoy is not interested to assist (sent them a photos). Can't recommend”

“I made an order on composite decking, they gave me a date. I booked the day off work and then they changed the date. I then booked the 2nd time off and it was not delivered. Had not got an email or anything. Replied to them, no answer!! Livid!”
