“I recently purchased some laminate worktops from Savoy along with their jointing fabrication service. I followed up my order via email the week before the job to check that it would be ready and received an email stating that they would put a note on my order but could not guarantee that it would be ready. This was five weeks after the order. I called in to the Preston site a couple of days later and it turned out that the order had been ready for weeks, it seems the person responding to the emails didn't have the wherewithal to actually check with the workshop. The chap that assisted me when I collected the order was very helpful and friendly and he helped me carry the worktops to my van. I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the fabrication work. It is a very convenient way of getting the worktops done which would otherwise have meant committing to a time for getting a joiner to do it. I'll definitely use the service again and have already recommended it to others.”

“The only thing that lets you down are the courier. Didn’t knock the door just dumped it & ran. If I hadn’t had to put the bins out it would have stayed there all night ( perhaps ). Yourselves very good service would definitely use again”

“This is our second order. Staff in store (on phone) were great. Delivery was great and when promised by the store but once again we had no phone call to confirm delivery, even though instruction was on delivery note.”

“I bought 9 of the deck balustrade kits, they were promptly delivered but with a couple of omissions. However, the missing items were promptly despatched once I notified Savoy and I could finish the job. It wasn't too hard to work out how to put everything together, but some instructions might help. I am very impressed with the result; it looks great.”

“I was sorely tempted to give five stars, but it was extremely tricky parking close enough to collect my purchase! Savoy have always proved to be helpful and well-informed over the years, and the issue above seems to be a result of their effectiveness. This was the first time of (at Savoy) on-line purchasing for me and I will probably follow this up in future to speed up the whole process - especially as my half-sheet of ply was carried to my car. Great service!”

“I couldn’t believe how hard it was to get decking. Found this company and paid nearly £200 delivery - it was still cheaper and quicker than my nearest B&Q. The delivery date was communicated and went smoothly with the added bonus of the decking being placed in my garden - not left in the street. The wood is really lovely.”

“Hiii the only reason I didn’t give 5 was because I wanted to make a small addition of a door casing to my order as soon I realised I had missed it off. - within an hour of ordering. I spoke to 2 people to try and have it added & they wouldn’t do it. This means I’ll have to make a special trip to your store to pick one up. Apart from that everything else was very good - many thanks”

“Excellent service from Savoy but the courier they use is absolutely rubbish . They left one parcel from my order from two orders at the depot. Truffnel please count your parcels before you load them to the vehicle its not that hard.”
