“1st delivery was not only badly damaged but also wrong product 2nd delivery was not damaged .. but was still wrong product.., I didn’t bother to complain any further as if we going to be a waste of my time”

“Some of the decking arrived damaged, overall was ok. Arrived without the fixing kit. Had to wait 2 days for replacement decking as lost the next day on delivery.”

“The Staff at Savoy are excellent and so helpful, Driver who delivered the doors Excellent. Only reason full marks wasn't given was a late delivery due to the doors not being pre finished as required,Don't let this put you off they a brilliant company to deal with.”

“Service including delivery were excellent. However your information on your website seemed to indicate that all work surfaces come with edging strip. Mine did not and I do not remember seeing any mention of this when ordering.”

“Really helpful staff on the phone, when I was enquiring about the products before purchasing online. There was a glitch when I made the order online, the site told me that I could have the Monday delivery but when I called that week, I was told there was a glitch and deliver in my area (London) would be thursday, luckily my builder was still working with us on that day. If I hadn't called I would not have known the problem. Perhaps the website tech side could be reviewed. Otherwise I'm happy with the service from Savoy Timber.”

“£120 for paper thin door,frame is so thin had to slice with Stanley blade to fit in hinges so not to go straight through it.Way over priced because it’s made to order.Even BQ can do a good quality fire door for £80 NEVER AGAIN VERY DISAPPOINTED”

“Used the service as I needed a made to measure panel as well as a regular one. After lots of shopping around Savoy Timber seemed the most competitive. I called customer services to track my order and was given really great customer service. The agent went to the dept to check the order called me back 10 mins later to confirm that it was being dispatched and confirmed the delivery date when it arrived on time. No hesitation recommending them.”
