“You advertised a 2m worktop at £25.35. When you got to the order page it changed the length to 1m in small text. I now have to send it back at a cost to me of £3 because I didn’t spot the change in going from one page to another. Not happy very deceptive.”

“Was very happy with the product however came with a minor scratch due to courier service, the packaging was in tatters on arrival on first glance it seemed alright but noticed later, I’d taken a week of work to do utility room no way I was going to send it back and wait for a new one”

“Two worktops delivered both very damaged. This has cost you and me time and money and a lot of inconvenience. I appreciate it was very quick for me to get a replacement and then money back but you really need to look into your processes and packing.”
