“Could order the product I wanted which was a nightmare to find elsewhere - custom sized fence panels in very awkward sizes. Downside was they took a while to come, could only be delivered Mon-Fri so I had to take a day off to get them and when they arrived some of the wood was hanging off and we had to hammer it back into place with new nails as the ones embedded in the wood were bent”

“Black Sparkle worktop. Really impressed with the speedy delivery of this worktop, great price too (saved about £80 in all) and being cut to size is a real bonus too. The delivery man was very helpful (Tufnells), worktop brought into my hall. Very happy with the whole experience and will definitely use again and recommend to others”

“Ordered 7 pre-finished doors online from them for close to £800 around 10 days ago and not had any contact with them, phoned them a few days ago and they said they will be in stock soon, phoned back again and they are now in stock and I had arrange delivery myself.”

“Some items were out of stock then when I was told to collect the order was wrong they given me the wrong spindles. Managed to change ok but this shouldn’t really be hapning.”

“Asked for the rope to be cut in 4x1 metre lengths. This wasn’t done. The description is misleading. The rope Is thicker than 1 inch.”

“Good product, but poor handling in transport resulted in damage to the worktop in transit. One side seems to OK so still usable, but other is scratched. Cardboard packaging had many holes from being bashed.”
