“Ordered timber, very simple and clear. Happy with competitive price and speed of delivery. Not all items were in stock so part delivery initially then the rest when they had stock.”

“The decking kit is great and am really impressed with it, delivery was really quick. I just wish there were the posts for putting in the ground. I am going to have to buy them now. So a great kit but you will need to buy more timber.”

“Bought materials and they were delivered quickly and as sold. The only issue I had is that I was waiting for a week for delivery and I didn't receive any communications from Savoy. As I have never dealt with them before, this made me call them to chase. All this buying journey needs to be excellet is an email notofying me that I my delivery is being scheduled and I will hear back very soon. Apart from that, excelente service.”

“Few issues with the website when trying to order a decking pack. Was advised via email of a delivery date. Ordered on the 17th June, delivered on the 20th with no notification. I would have liked an email advising of delivery date so i could have organised things at my end.”

“Easy to find what I wanted on the website. The only thing stopping me giving a 5 is because I had to chase delivery when I had been left a message to say someone would be in touch. The worktop was exactly what we wanted”

“The order went through easily and delivered quicker than stated. 2 no. boards were damaged and 1 I had to order a replacement for as it was badly damaged. The replacement board is now going up and down the country and hopefully will be delivered soon. I don't think Tufnells are the most efficient of couriers as they said it would be delivered yesterday.”

“I ordered a decking kit. Savoy emailed me to let me know I would here from the delivery service, however the delivery service didn’t notify me and just arrived - luckily I was in. Then when we unpacked and started to build we realised we were missing 3 joints and 4 deck boards. However the costumer service team were very helpful and I am waiting for the missing pieces to be delivered.”

“Bought the basic decking kit which was ok. Some of the planks were split and many were green and had a sticky residue on them. Needed painting straight away as all different colours. Plenty of screws and looks good now it’s finished.”
