“I am really pleased with my decking kit with both value for money and quality with the only issue being that there wasn’t any assembly instructions as stated. I would certainly have no hesitation in using again or recommending to family and friends Savoy Timber.”

“Ordered a fair bit of conti board, most of it was grubby and had marks that had to be cleaned off before use. A couple of lengths had small chips along the edge which I would expect to be honest. Delivery was within a week, and the delivery driver was very helpful. Can't complain on price, always seem to be just a little bit cheaper then everyone else.”

“Again with 3rd order confirmation email not sent of order, When prompted they checked said it had been sent . No email arrived I asked for them to answer on my email it arrived in seconds ????”

“After my last review I have been contacted my Lisa - she has put things right and has refunded items that were not received and for the cutting that was done wrong. I do understand that I should have checked that items on delivery but just wasn’t able to. I am happier now with the outcome but can’t give 5 stars as I am still left with a chipped worktop but they are now sending me some colourfill to hopefully repair it.”

“The purchase was easily completed online. The turn around of the order was very, very quick. HOWEVER, Savoy were badly let down by their courier service (Tuffnells) who did NOT message me on the day of delivery. I had left the house and my family were due to leave within the next 10 minutes or so, when they arrived UNANNOUNCED! 10 more minutes and the house would have been empty. I have held a star rating since Savoy were let down by their third party.”

“I was looking to my tired and rotting wooden decking and decided that i would use composite as it supposed to be maintenance free and lasts a long time. Savoy timber has just what I was looking for in charcoal and in stock and competitively priced AND FREE delivery with orders over £200. The order was delivered within a week, it was a bit disappointing to get a call from the driver when he arrived rather than half an hour or so beforehand but I was not too far away. The driver managed to offload the delivery almost single handed into my garage, everything was there and no damages. Definitely recommend Savoy. My only concern (and I am sure this applies to other suppliers of this product) is the plastic T clips - they are very difficult to keep level whilst tightening, the screws are to narrow and it is difficult (without a torque driver) to judge, too tight and you split the clip, too loose and the deck planks are loose; composite joists are not as good as wood in one respect, your screws quickly lose purchase”

“Received part of my order for my original delivery date. Was told my next date the additional items would be received. Called to confirm in the morning and was told yes my delivery was on the vann waited all afternoon and called again to be told that my delivery was bit coming”

“The initial delivery was incomplete but, after a phone call, the missing part of the order was dispatched on a 24hr delivery. The first delivery was on a Friday and the balance arrived on the following Monday. Despite the hiccup can't fault their response”
