“Delivery was quicker than stated. One piece was missing from the delivery, I think it was the courier's fault as the pieces were labelled with the correct total number of items. I phoned up Savoy and they were really helpful, said they'd speak to the courier and send out a replacement if the courier couldn't find it. Got an email confirmation of replacement shipping next day, and it arrived arrived the day after that, a day earlier than expected. Very good service. Timber seems good quality too. Will use again.”

“Ordered two worktops one was damaged so they replaced it, when the second arrived it had a slight damage at one end which they driver had covered by his hand so was unnoticeable until he left, it was fortunate we didn’t need that piece, plus we were told they were no more left. Also I wasn’t inform they were delivering that morning. Pleased had they look”

“Spoke to them on the phone first. they were great and pointed me in the right direction and told me exactly what to look for on the internet. The process of ordering we easy and the doors arrived 8 days later right to the door step. The quality is great and they look stunning. I have told all out friend who have asked where did you get them form.”
