“Telephone communication was difficult, as no one answered the phone on numerous occasions. This was during the pandemic, so perhaps understandable, but I also didn’t receive notification that an item would not be delivered, and it took almost 2 months for it to eventually arrive.”

“FLB door arrived on time a bait. Slight damageto bottom left hand side .Door was of an average build quality and 20 mm more in the width than stated so additional work required to shoot into existing frame.”

“Easy to deal with and prompt delivery, part of the order was incorrectly supplied, however, one phone call and next day delivery; all sorted. Would recommend without hesitation.”

“I found the experience mixed overall. The selection was OK, though not the best, though Savoy had stock of decking materials when many other places didn't. The shipping cost struck me as rather high, though the prices were decent. However, one set of timber I ordered was the wrong size, which impacted my build. Customer service was relatively quick to respond, but it wasn't exactly an ideal situation.”

“Ordering to delivery and communication was good only comment I thought the stringer would have been cut from one peice of timber and not made up from two”
