“Website easy to navigate. Delivery was prompt. Carriers forgot to deliver one of the items, but this was quickly resolved by a phone call to Savoy Timber, who arranged for the carrier to return the same day. Thank you!”

Hi Mrs Leaver, sorry you ended up canceling your order. I have looked into what happened and it looks like we struggled getting hold of your product. Some products have been very difficult to get hold of and the panel you needed was from a supplier we are not using any more. Kind Regards Savoy Timber

“Excellent service and product. I ordered a worktop on Monday and it arrived on Thursday. The only comment I can make for improvement is that we ordered on line and paid by PayPal but didn't get a confirmation email from Savoy, which would have been useful.”

“Ordered decking from you and when it turned up there was one missing. I got back intouch with you and you messaged back straight away with an apology and you reassured that one will be sent out next day. Next day came and the last decking was sent out. Fantastic prices . Fast delivery and fantastic communication. will be telling others about you. Very happy customer . Thanks again guys”

“Order some decking frame kits. Joist came in good condition, didnt have to wait to long for delivery. Some joist slightly wrapped but nothing that couldn't be straightened up when put together. Would use again.”

“1. Delivery time too long. 2. Informed me very late that the decking I ordered was ou of stock. 3. Eventually supplied oversized decking that was cut to the length I ordered but the lengths of the boards were all different and appeared to have been cut by a blind person. 4. Poor communication from customer support as it appears if that person has time off then your queries go unanswered.”
