“Really good value for money. Be mindful if ordering seconds with the spindles as they are not all the same size but with a little extra work trimming and fitting they are a good saving. I ordered a few extra just in case.”

“The decking kit I bought was delivered on time as stated and when assembled is good quality and looks brilliant. The only downside is that the rail brackets are VERY awkward to fit... otherwise excellent.”

“Quality of decking boards and joists were excellent, out of 100 boards only 1 was only slightly bowed. I had planned on buying from Wickes but I wasn't impressed with the quality, side by side Savoy's boards are massively better quality. Delivery driver was great, helped me unload and put where I needed. Overall very happy, glad I chose to order and wouldn't hesitate to order again.”

“I was told the delivery driver would call to give an hours notice on delivery day. I went out early and was 30 mins. from home when my partner called me at around 9.30 am just as she was leaving for work to say the decking has arrived . So I was not able to check the goods myself. What would have happened if no one had been home? No idea. Regarding the goods I ordered 60+ decking boards of various lengths one was so dark compared to the rest unsuitable for the decking so used it on the border two were shorter than they should have been and one was narrower at one end. But good value for the money.”

Hi There, I am sorry our courier did not call you as requested. I am glad they managed to get hold or your partner and where able to get the goods to you on time. I am sorry you had issues with some board colours. This is normal to get different shades in boards due to timber being a natural product. We normally ask for photos if you are not happy with any colouring and if contacted . We would have be happy to swap any boards that may have been slightly shorter before you fitted them.
