“Still waiting for directions to be emailed. The driver left 1 of our parts that should have been delivered on the van. Parcel force have it but we have to pick up Saturday as no one is in to take delivery.”

“Quick delivery. Kept in touch with me about the delivery. Driver helped to carry timber around the back of my house rather than just dropping at the front. The quality of the timber decking was very good. All lengths were straight, without splits and all were useable. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered shiplap on Thursday evening. On Monday lunchtime I was informed that the shiplap and roofing felt was out of stock. Therefore I have paid for express delivery on an item that could never be delivered. I had to cancel the order on Tuesday when it became clear that there was no likelihood of the order being completed. I am particularly disappointed because Savoy timber was recommended by my son who had been happy with the 2 orders he had made earlier this year. I would like the delivery charge to be refunded.”

We have had an unusually high demand for our timber products this year and have on occasions needed to replenish stock urgently, I am sorry this caused a delay. “My worktop arrived on time, but was damaged on the end. This defeated the object of having it cut to size. had to recut to remove the damage. If you had taped the ends of the cardboard and not just rely on one length of banding the end would not have come undone and the protection would have stayed in place. Not happy.”

Hi Jim, So sorry to hear your worktop arrived damaged. At savoy timber we have spent a considerable amount of time analysing the way we package our goods to get them to you in perfect condition and normally our stringent packaging means the majority of worktops arrive in prime condition. sincere apologies Lisa
