“recieved wrong size of timber customer service have a don't care less attitude which by reading some of the reviews seems a common factor”

“Will not be ordering again, it took over 2 months for my door to arrive. Upon arrival the door had a hole in it and I was missing the door handle and hinges I ordered. I must say they delivered the missing items within a few days.”

“Probably the most twisted out of shape handrail I’ve ever used, as for fixing brackets not really a great size for fixing the handrail, does anyone check that these items actually work well together, just as well I’m able to get over problems, won’t be using again.”

“Waited 5 weeks for worktops and upstands only to be sent worktops with no upstands.i had to source them from elsewhere or wait for further delivery. I did receive a prompt refund.”

“Unfortunately customer service does not exist. After four emails, had one short reply (not resolved anything). Received wrong lenght of worktop sides, Savoy is not interested to assist (sent them a photos). Can't recommend”

“I made an order on composite decking, they gave me a date. I booked the day off work and then they changed the date. I then booked the 2nd time off and it was not delivered. Had not got an email or anything. Replied to them, no answer!! Livid!”

“Not happy at all. We've received a damaged gate, rang and emailed lots of times to discuss. Been waiting for a manager to get back to us since March. Very very very poor. Order # 000082924”

“Order did not arrive on day I was told by representative it would arrive. Did not receive delivery window on morning. No phone call hour before delivery. All round bad experience!”

Hi there, thank you for your review, i have checked into your issues and we delivered your goods within the 7 working day delivery timescale . The delivery is a day slot from 8am till 6pm so there is no delivery window to be received, we ask the couriers to call our customers 1 hour before delivery as you will see from the tickets on your products but this is requested not guaranteed, as we do not employ the courier drivers. “Inefficient and poor service from start to finish. Having waited six weeks for the worktops I had ordered and paid for to arrive when they did they were severely damaged. It looked like they had been dropped several times. One had three of its four corners crushed. That suggests to me it was dropped more than once. The packaging was ok but not enough to protect it from the tender mercies of Tuffnells. I’m a kitchen fitter and will never order from Savoy again. I did manage to speak several times to a woman in customer services who did her best to help me which was appreciated but I get the feeling she was swimming against the tide.”

“I made an online order I got payment confirmation but phone call to arrange delivery because the customer was disabled to give him time to unlock gate. And 5 days later it arrived at his house without no communication from anyone very disappointed with service”

“Delivery was meant to be on the 8th March. Arrived two days late and that’s with numerous emails and phone calls Chasing. Eventually turned up but with no fixing kit, Had to by the screws etc from B&Q so another £20 out of pocket. Total shambles and would not recommend.”
