“EASY TO USE WEB PAGE ORDERING MATERIALS QUICK SERVICE ON DELIVERY DRIVER WAS FANTASTIC GOOD MANNER AND HELPFUL ONE THING WRONG PRICING SAYS ALL PRICES INCLUDE VAT BUT WHEN IT ADDS IT UP IT PUTS THE VAT ON AGAIN. WAITING ON SAVOY CALLING ME.”

“After initial confusion over trying to place an order by telephone (out of stock) I placed order online, web page advised two week delay due to high volume of orders. Was ok with this. Most surprised next day by a delivery of full order, less than 24hrs after placing order. Great. Delivery driver was excellent. Had to contact regarding a couple of twisted/warped framing timbers, but swapped within 24 hrs.”

“As always drivers are courteous and helpful, but the Website is not too good to use via mobile, (iPhone) quality of Product is good and chat on website was good even on 1st day of opening , website had crashed (No surprise🤪)”

“Difficult review. The tantalised timber was good, straight and not warped. The quantity of fixings supplied with the kit were more than adequate. The downside was the fact that not all of the kit was delivered on the same day and although I had ordered two facia kits only one has been delivered. After contacting their help line I have been assured that the missing facia kit will be delivered later this week.”

“Placed a small order and told that because of lockdown it could be up to three weeks. Went out to the shops and when I cam back it was on my front grass!!! I'm both perplexed and impressed! Great service and very helpful in the web chat”
