“The website was very easy to order from with an excellent layout. Although the order went through well I would have preferred the opportunity to choose a delivery date. I received an answer machine message letting me know when they would deliver but this wasn't suitable. I rang Savoy and asked if they could change the delivery from Tuesday to Friday, which they agreed upon. I got home from work on the Tuesday to find it had been dropped off anyway. This was a minor annoyance as the decking looks to be of an excellent quality and the price was also very good. I would suggest adding a choice of delivery dates and everything would have been perfect.”

“Two kitchen work tops and up stands ordered. Reasonable price and quality and fairly speedy delivery. However the packaging it arrived in was wholly inadequate consisting of flimsy thin cardboard with a few sections of moulded polystyrene along the edges all of which appeared to have crush damage the plastic banding had cut into the packaging or were completely missing. The packaging arrived in tatters with areas of work surface exposed. Miraculously with the exception of a gouge on the underside of one they appeared to be undamaged as far as I can tell.. The supplier needs to address this easily rectified issue”

“Good points; Ordering was easy, lead time was ok, door seems ok but not fitted yet, time will tell. Bad Points; delivery charge was very expensive especially as Tufnell's only give between 8 - 6pm meaning needing to stay in all day. Very backward as vast majority of deliverers give a 2 hr window these days”

“Customer service by the driver was absolutely brilliant though I was slightly perturbed that he was responsible for several extremely heavy 3m worktops and did not even have a drivers mate. He did not want me to help him but I insisted as they were very awkward to manoeuvre through the house. I think that is the only recommendation I could make as your service was brilliant, I just worry that if someone injured or hurt themselves and were alone, how do they get help?”
