“Took a little longer to arrive due to present situation. I was not advised when delivery was happening but was at home. Driver who delivered was very good. Products were fine and finished decking looks good.”

“The 5th part of delivery (screws) didnt arrive until 2 weeks after the decking by which time job was done. More courier error than supplier. But products great. Does job well and timber not warped or chipped.”

“Timber arrived on the Monday instead of the Friday which was not there fault had one piece of decking had a split which they replaced the next working day”

“The kit was delivered on time and easy enough to cut down and figure out. The videos don't really help as it doesn't tell you what bits go where (it is simple but still) my only issues are that some of the boards came with minor splits and slight damage plus there isn't any direction as to how much gap you have calculated between each board so we ended up having to cut one down to make it work”

“Easy to order, long lead time though but it was during lockdown. Delivered on Thursday all fitted by Sunday , wife’s happy so am I 👍.”

“Good quality product and delivery when they said they would. Less happy about the non existent packaging. Fortunately the spindles arrived undamaged even though they had no protection. Delivery time was a little slow.”
