“Unfortunately I had to chase my order up, which was a disappointment. However everyone one was polite and helpful dealing with my complaint. When the order arrived 2 of the items were damaged. The driver noticed them and offered without prompting to redeliver the 2 items within the hour, so good service there. Delivery is far too expensive at £15 for such a local delivery.”

“Everything was great from the start to delivery. Good communication excellent price. Delivered on time with lots of messages explaining where it was etc. The only disappointing thing was the product itself! Split at one end and despite leaving it out for a day out of the packaging, now the staircase is in situ, the bannister is quite warped. Other than the item, I cannot and will not fault the service. Just such a shame.”

“Timber fine, and a bag of screws. This was a kit no instructions sent. I had to call to get a set. Whilst it may be obvious to some to a novice it is a requirement.”

“Good price, not the best quality! Was a mistake with my delivery...was not apologetic. They did come the next day to replace the wrong item but was waiting around for half the day! Delivery far to expensive!”

“Delivery always seems to be really late which is the last thing you want. last order arrived at 4:30 pm 2 days after original order. So don't use if your in a hurry as you will be in for a long wait. Apart from that cheap prices and good quality stuff.”

“the order was easy to place and the delivery was quick but regrettably the 3.m lengths most were 20mm short so it proved to be a very long adjustment job”

“The decking kit was reasonable quality and a good price, there was a mix up over the delivery charge which was a bit irritating, but the kit did not have any instructions with it as had been advertised and whilst it was not beyon wit to work out were the overlap of the frame went it would have been easier to have been told”

“It turned up...finally after 4x calls but still waiting for refund on next day delivery when order didnt turn up in full for the bank holiday weekend. had to order the screws 3x times and 2x joists were missing from original order. Customer service blame everything on their '3rd party' delivery company and take no ownership for their errors, almost laughing it off as not their issue. not impressed at all with the service or the delivery service. on the positive side it was well priced and the wood did actually look in good order.”

“Poor communication. Was not contacted about order progress or delivery arrangements. Called for information and was promised a call back, which never came. One board was cracked through and the delivery man was reluctant to take it back. In the end I cancelled arrangements for a replacement board by phone but did not receive any sort of written confirmation, as might be expected.”

“Driver only dropped part of the order. Phoned customer services and it got sorted however no call back as promised and driver didnt knock on at second visit to advise that the remainder had been delivered.”

“Great price and communication. Delivery was on time and delivery man carried all into the garden for me ( didn't smile or anything but that's fine) have noticed that some of the decking planks have splits in them which I wouldn't expect but as its not for actual decking but something else it isn't a problem to me, but would def recommend checking properly before signing.”
