Delivered within time frame, however given cost of delivery would not expect any less. Driver very pleasant and most helpful. Have only had time to unpack some of the wood and have found a small portion unusable due to bowing. Fully appreciate that this maybe something out of your control. Website easy to use and yes, would recommend you to others.

Very happy with work top received however Aftersales service not so great, despite 3 calls so far and assurances of a call back each time to no avail, I needed to obtain end strips for work top, which I assumed was included, still waiting for call back or email! not impressed with after sales service

One of the louvred doors is not square. This fact was not noticed until the dot was fixed.

Hi There, Sorry to hear you found the door wasn't straight when you came to fit it. Its not something I have come across before ,as it's normally more likely the opening might not be quite square. Obviously if we had known prior to the goods been fitted we would have swapped the door for you immediately. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards Lisa

Still waiting for directions to be emailed. The driver left 1 of our parts that should have been delivered on the van. Parcel force have it but we have to pick up Saturday as no one is in to take delivery.

No savoy did not make me happy bad commutation on the deliver time window 8-6 is not that good the quality of some the timber was not that good I bought a3.0x2.4 deluxe decking kit I would say it is more like a value decking kit .

Great quality for the price. Just one of the bannister poles had a split ion the end of it, thankfully it was on the underside so didn't cause any problems at all.

Good quality decking (we chose the better quality one) and delivery as stated. However no instructions were supplied until I phoned and they were e.mailed out. However, instructions disappointingly said we had to cut joints to fit. We bought a ready to assemble kit so that we wouldn't have to cut. Had to buy better quality long screws too, as the ones supplied were not fit for purpose. Decking was also very damp on arrival.

Worktop was damaged on the rear corner. damaged occurred before being packed for shipping, as there were no fragments inside the packing.

Had a slight problem with the item. Messaged them via eBay twice. Had a text re the item but it was not from the seller! But the manufacturer and they do not see eBay messages. In the end I had to ring the seller to promo them to read their eBay messages. Had a message to say damaged door will be replaced, fingers crossed.

The order lead time was great. However, I didn't receive confirmation of the delivery date and called to have this confirmed which was then followed up by an email. When the order was placed, it was advised that build instructions would be emailed to me upon order dispatch - this didn't happen and I called again to ask for these. Lastly, it was advised that I would receive a call from the driver to confirm delivery time - this didn't happen. Delivery just appeared without for warning.

The product I am very happy with, But I am unhappy with our delivery company considering I had to pay £20.00 for delivery.I had been informed that the delivery was set for Tuesday (yesterday) I contacted Tuffnells just after 9am yesterday morning and asked that they contact the driver for an eta also the tonnage and type of delivery vehicle. This was crucial as to the narrowness of the lanes in the area. At 12.30pm I telephoned again but this time their depot and explained the problem to the manager. Some time later the driver rang. The vehicle was a large 7.5 tonner box lorry. I made my was to a local village and met up with the vehicle. I could see the cardboard protecting the gate was ripped in places. I explained to the driver that your instructions were to sign for the goods, But endorse it as damaged and a follow up e mail if there was a problem, But no, the driver said sign and state not examined, He then took photographs of the packaging. On getting it home I found the gate unmarked or damaged. I was busy and didn't need that grief yesterday and what annoys me is. I had to pay for the privilege.
