“Our worktop arrived in damaged packaging and the worktop inside was damaged. Fortunately, our kitchen fitter was able to trim these off but it could have held things up substantially.”

“Small length worktop cut to spot on size, fits exactly. No edging strip but doesn't matter. Very well packed for transit. Courier lugged it up the stairs to our Flat's door, I thanked him because a lot don't bother. Impressed my measuring & the battens I fitted worked, half an hour after delivery I had a work space for the laptop to type this review on. Well done Savoy & me.”

“Great service from start to finish. I was a little nervous about ordering wood for delivery, it’s not the same as picking it yourself. I didn’t need to worry the quality delivered was perfect grade. I would certainly recommend the company.”

“I made an order for 10 decking planks, when they turned up there was 2 that was damaged, I know that it seems unimportant, however this project was so very important to me, my husband was furious, and felt that we had been so very poorly treated, things have been a little fraut lately, however there is an email to rectify the situation, 2 replacement decking rails could be sent to us, replacing the other 2. This could be a good idea!”
