“Great price and communication. Delivery was on time and delivery man carried all into the garden for me ( didn't smile or anything but that's fine) have noticed that some of the decking planks have splits in them which I wouldn't expect but as its not for actual decking but something else it isn't a problem to me, but would def recommend checking properly before signing.”

“No instructions included with decking kit as stated in the product description and insufficient screws in the "fixing kit" to complete the job. One piece of wood was not cut to correct size and another piece was completely bowed. Also paid for 2 day express delivery and failed to receive all the order on time. Will not be ordering from savoy timber again.”

“I ordered two decking frame kits, wood arrived without any screws or undelay or pegs. I rang customer services who then sent out missing parts for one frame, rang up again to receive the second lot of missing parts the following week.”

“The delivery driver Dave was excellent nothing was too much trouble. As for the order I placed was a different story, 21 spindles missing 2 decking boards missing 2coach bolts missing and 1 newel post bracket missing rang Wigan store 3 times and was assured they would be delivered only got spindles and boards went to B&Q in the end would not use Savoy again!!!!!!”

“I have used Savoy for all my decking over the past 4 years, it its undoubtable the best quality decking in the North West, I can get slightly cheaper decking locally but for every 50 planks 15 will be badly knotted or warped and 5 will be unusable...with Savoy I would probably have one or two warped planks if any.”

“Advertised as cheap Louvre doors we took a chance and ordered 6. They arrived on time packaged well with no damage. Pine doors are brilliant really really pleased exceptional value”

“Although delivery was expensive at over £150, the timber for our decking still worked out much cheaper than our local suppliers. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful. If you are ordering the cheaper decking boards, order more than you need as some of ours had split, however still a good buy and good product.”
