I asked for a sample of a 12mm worktop and you sent me a piece of Formica ,there was no mention of this on the website ,when I complained you told me it was to give an idea of colour !

I ordered online to pick up at the Preston store. Rang on 29/3 and was told my order was ready for collection. On arrival I was told to pick it up at the back of the store. Given my order with collected written on it. When I tried to collect the wrong item had been sent. So Gary hand wrote not taken on my paperwork and I was told my item was on its way from China. Very helpful. When I rang the store to find out likely delivery date I was told I'd get a call today 3/4 to tell me when my items would be in. Needless to say no call....

For the last 3 days I've received emails from tuffnells stating delivery will be today ... still waiting!

Firstly the order was incorrect and secondly, the items were damaged and dirty. They were sent unwrapped and loose, so they were being thrown and knocked about in the delivery van. (You own vans)No telephone call to say when delivery or collection would be that day, so I had to stay in all day. I am very disappointed with the service and the state of the items and have had to return them, as they were unfit for purpose. I asked to speak to the manager but I have not had a phone call back. I am still awaiting a full refund....Customer Service is very poor and when things do go wrong you should make every effort to contact the customer as soon as possible..You failed on every level....Customer Service is everything!!! Now in the hands of Paypal to get our money back!

Two worktops delivered both very damaged. This has cost you and me time and money and a lot of inconvenience. I appreciate it was very quick for me to get a replacement and then money back but you really need to look into your processes and packing.

Didn’t receive all the components for the handrail. Have contacted the seller a few times. Items still not received.

Asked for the rope to be cut in 4x1 metre lengths. This wasn’t done. The description is misleading. The rope Is thicker than 1 inch.

£120 for paper thin door,frame is so thin had to slice with Stanley blade to fit in hinges so not to go straight through it.Way over priced because it’s made to order.Even BQ can do a good quality fire door for £80 NEVER AGAIN VERY DISAPPOINTED

"Almost everything!"- I'm a new customer, first time shopping and probably the last time unless your company will be the only one in this country who does this kind of service. Why? My story starts here...Once upon a time...decided to buy a nice worktop ,after long search found the Savoy Worktopkingdom ! Closer to my dream, when called the company a nice gentleman explained how to place my "cut to size" order. I did as he said,being near to my fifties and last 10 years had over 1500 online shoppings,I have a bit of experience. To continue the story, choosed the item,paid the price + extra fee for cutting service. Requested faster, Wednesday delivery (I took off work just for this delivery)Received a last minute message: delivery will be on Thursday! Item arrived,Hurrah, Happiness!then opening the box Sadness!Instead of having cut to requested sizes ,one big piece.Called straight away and to find out,I was told by nice voice because I didn't reacted to the email which requested my exact sizes(because they missed my instructions/sizes when placed the order) they just cut the amount paid for, that's it!Customer sorted out! New/First time customer here,surely second time I would be aware how thinks are processed at Savoy and would make sure to check emails, etc. I provided mobile number, being lorry driver wasn't able to check emails, but I can reply to phone calls 24/7. When I asked the nice voice to transfer me to claims or a manager, I was told wouldn't help because It's MY FAULT...on how my order went wrong..she explained how busy,no phone calls to customers if missing details, only emails,sorry.etc...My opinion is: A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE starts where these excuses/explanations stops! I listened to the voice and I said : "Thanks for your kindness and I apologise for wasting your time, have a nice evening."But MY Story doesn't end here, sadly realized when I took out the Worktop, no protective film, scratched surface and damaged corner, as the polystyrene and box wasn't damaged I presume that this was dropped/damaged before packaging and dispatch! Honestly I stood and stared at this piece of rubish costing me 38 pounds incl postage. Didn't bother to have another conversation with the "Nice Voice ".This was my little story about " My Dream Worktop" Let you decide to find the answer for your question:"WHAT WENT WRONG?" Hi The worktop dreamer , Thanks for your feed back. We are sorry to hear you have not been happy with our service . We have made investigations as to what went wrong. It seems you have ordered a product that is smaller than the amount you required so there for we are unable to make to make it bigger, Maybe in our dreams ! As the goods are ordered online we respond to our customers using email. We are unable to take any sizes over the phone so we find it normally works to email and request further information. we also have a data trail to show we have done what we can to retrieve the info need. We would hate to be accused of sleeping on the job and not following up on orders. So we are always wide awake and processing orders following our company policy We request all products are checked on receipt and any transit damage should be reported immediately! We go to extreme lengths to package our goods to avoid damages . But if for some reason the worktop is damaged despite our efforts we do our very best to get replacements sent out in a timely fashion. Ordered a replacement fence panel last week and to be fair I said I would ring back. Nobody followed up so I rang back today (a week later) and the person I spoke to couldn’t find my order, put the phone down on the counter top and generally didn’t seem that bothered about things. Eventually got the panel delivered today but kind of hoped for more, especially for £15 for delivery.

Sent wrong item told up to seven day came exactly on the seventh day and was wrong then was told it was suppliers fault not there's then told they do not do the item we originally ordered absolute joke will defiantly not be recommending this company

Received email saying delivery Tuesday.it never came received email saying delivery Wednesday it arrived.received an email saying delivery Thursday after I had already received product .

I RECEIVED THE ORDER ITEM ID141580012852, THE ITEM DELIVERED IS COMPLETELY WRONG AND THE WORK TOP BOWED. 6 EMAILS I HAVE SENT NO JOY CASE NO-CC93B8CE CONSIGNMENT NO-- 31231420509357. I AM UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED. I DON;T WANT TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN , I WANT A FULL REFUND. OR IF YOU CAN EXCHANGE FOR THREE WORK TOPS PURE WHITE ONLY I CAN ACCEPT. THIS HAVE MADE ME DISTRAIT. I WILL BE OVER MOON IT YOU CAN HELP ME PLEASE HAVE SPENT HOURS TRYING TO RESOLE THIS, BIG THANKS IF YOU CAN HELP TERENCE DAVISON

Good afternoon Mr Davison, but we have not received any correspondence regards your order if there is a problem of course we will replace the items or collect and refund in full if defective, but to date we have not received any correspondence or imagery regarding your order - either to our customer service department or through eBay. I will contact you to understand the issue but we have not to date been informed of any issue regards Savoy Timber

While order was placed, written request was provided to the seller about edging whereas no edging was provided along with the worktop & the reason was- seller forgot to send edging!

Made to measure door orderd glazed door what was delivered cheaper door unglazed to there credit did make new in a week

The doors were the wrong size, one was damaged. It took me 10 hours to amend the frame to fit the new size doors. Which leaves me with a problem, I now have 18" gap between the doors (as supplied) and the bedroom wall. I knew I needed four doors, but could only afford two. I will have to wait for some more pensions to hit my bank before I can get the others, which will be more expensive than had you provided the right size.
