“Easy to order, it came quicker than advertised (local delivery) and the friendly delivery man put it in my garage for me. I used the online order form where you order total lengths. Would have liked an opportunity to specify maximum lengths as wood is 4m or more which is quite hard to manoeuvre in my garage. But I could have phoned them and specified so lesson for the next order... Wood seems good quality and no complaints with the service or price.”

“Delivery was very slow and the delivery day confirmed on the email didn't include a date. I then discovered delivery would be the following week. However, all arrived safe and sound”

“The one major thing I didn’t like was having no idea when my items were being delivered. The driver just turned up while I was at work and was very rude stating that he couldn’t deliver my stuff alone. He was very rude to me and said he wouldn’t deliver unless I helped. My 8 month pregnant partner was home and he was also very rude to her too. The delivery experience was shocking. But the online shopping which I done myself was not such a bad experience.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery quicker than expected. Some of the packaging was slightly damaged on arrival but it was difficult to be 100% certain without unpacking all 3 worktops. As it happened, the first worktop I unpacked had a small amount of damage at the back end edge so opened the second and third which were OK. The slight amount of damage i should be able to overcome with the extra length I have so shouldn't be an issue.”
