“Delivery took much longer than expected. I specifically put a note to be called 1h before delivery arrives,but they didn't bothered to call. I've emailed several times to receive a timeframe for the delivery, no one bothered to answer. So I won't be using Savoy timber again. It's a shame,the wood itself was okay.”

“Everything turned up early than expected. I received an email on the day. Noticed a pack of decking was missing. Laid it and its a different colour tone. I guess that it was out of stock. Not sure if this impacts in the future. Going to get advice”

“I placed my order on 29th March, and even with COVID, I expected to be kept informed of what was happening. Communications were non existent, and it was impossible to get anyone one the help line. I would send emails and not get any reply. I was , had to be very patient. I’ve had good service in the past, so tried to keep the Faith, but when you don’t know any time scale it’s a bit annoying. My wife spent days and days on the phone trying to get though, every couple of weeks, to be told the fence panels were missing, then next time they were waiting for posts!! Seamed parts of my order were being sold, so the order was never complete. Well August 18th and I have my order, well most of it, so very pleased. Might get my garden sorted before autumn, just the fencing spikes to come over the next day or so. Just wish Savoy could have better communications in place, to save 5 months of not really knowing the status of the order, especially when the phone lines are over subscribed.”

“It is amazing, I tried to order Timber decking from My local Travis Perkins branch and informed they could not fulfil order for at least a month, being completely out of stock, as were all their branches, I order from Savoy Timber, even with the delivery charge from Preston to West Midlands, it was cheaper that Travis Perkins and I received it within 14 days of order and the quality was A1.”

“Good quality decking supplied. Was a bit apprehensive as i couldnt see quality before purchasing. Better quality than other building merchants out there. Will definitely use and recommend again.”

“decking ordered was 19mm, what turned up was between 13-15mm. Ive had to lay it but don't recommend any body above8 stone wall on it. Add to that the wood is very wet and I fully expect it to warp as it dries out. On the whole not happy at all.”

“Ordered on line which was very easy , delivery was stated 10-14 days , next had a phone call to say could be delivered today , driver called prior to drop off and left decking in great position, excellent service all round 😊”
