“Ordering was very simple and pricing very clear. There was a slip up and I did not get a confirmation email and I had to phone to see they had the order ok. Girl was very helpful and said it would be shipped the following week and I would get a mail to advise me. Very happy with the goods and shipping.”

“I needed some decking ,they had it in stock,and the pics was great,l had to pay a delivery charge as they had to deliver it ,the decking was fine for the garden planter's l made out of it great timber, great job 👍👍👍👍”

“I was very disappointed with service - Whilst placing the order I was informed the decking were in stock and would be delivered in few weeks... Followed up and was informed they had issue with their Courier service providers... Four weeks later followed up again, I was informed would be delivered on Wednesday, only to be told they did not have space to deliver.. Instead it'll be delivered on Thursday... And was asked to call that morning to check!. Delivery arrived, only to be told they would leave the goods on the footpath.. sigh.. Discovered not all my order was delivered.. Later found out they didn't have this in stock and would be delivered on Friday.. Called again on Friday morning - only to be told they forgot? to put my order on Friday morning delivery.. I had paid over £500 for the delivery... One would expect them to at least notify the customer if the delivery is delayed.. Total wast of my time and workers who set around doing nothing for my order to be delivered.. extremely panful..”

Dear Mr Baig, We are so sorry you were not happy with the length of time it took to get the product to you . Due to high levels of freight entering the courier network ,due to the covid situation, we were getting a high number of damaged items. we held your order while we organised a new way of getting the items to you . “I am afraid that I had very poor service from Savoy Timer. Firstly, I had to chase down that Savoy Timber had even received my order. When I did get a response and asked about shipment date - all I receive was “sometime this week”, which wasn’t helpful at all. Next, the shipping company was supposed to contact me when they were going to deliver. Instead, they showed up, completely unannounced at my door, 30 minutes before I needed to be somewhere. No email, no telephone call, even though I had given Savoy Timber both and the telephone number was on the packaging. Finally, the shipment was incomplete. To this day, I still haven’t received the full order or even any explanation on what was happening, despite emailing Savoy Timber and asking. I don’t need it any more as I went down the the local DYI shop and got the final pieces of timber and weed lining myself - which is what I should have done in the first place. All in all, it was a shoddy service and definitely not worth the money or hassle I had to go through.”

“Purchased 18 x 4m deck boards for a garden project, all good quality as the ends were wrapped to avoid any splintering in transit. Price for the boards themselves and delivery were spot on (I am based in Milton Keynes), happy to recommend”
