“I'm very pleased with the quality of the fence panels I ordered. I was amazed that they were delivered less than 24 hours after I placed the order, expecting the seven days stated.”

“Usually have no problem with Savoy Timber but this time I have. Ordered two internal doors from Savoy because even though they were £40 more they were showing in stock. The other site I checked was out of stock but cheaper. I ordered the doors and got told that they would arrive at the end of September, I asked form them to call me just before they delivered as my dad has Alzheimer's and wouldn't answer the door, they said yes they would call, I called them on the 6th October, he said hello, I started to talk and the phone was put down. I got a call last week from my dads carer to say the doors had turned up and left with the neighbour! I have used the company before with no problem.”

“Good prices on wood, delivery charges could be cheaper. I wished to add some items to my order, I rang Savoy and someone promised to ring me back but never did! My delivery arrived on the stated day but part of the delivery was missing so I had to go and pick the missing items up the next day.”

“Good quality and price. My only criticism is that it would be useful if you got a time slot to give you an indication when to expect the delivery”
