“Good fast delivery, only down side was they just left it on the driveway and wouldn’t bring it indoors for me, being female this was heavy so had to leave it on the drive until my husband came hone”

“Great product and a good price. Ordered online on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday and all my decking and frame work was correct... Only reason I did not give a 5 rating is because no one contacted me to advise a delivery date so was a bit of a surprise to get a phone call from the delivery driver saying he had delivered the wood!”

“Couldn't supply laminate length said would come from their supplier waited in all day hasn't arrived savoy said couldn't do any thing about it they were quick enough to take mr money very unhelpful”

Hi Mrs Hayward, Apologies that these needed to be sent directly from our supplier. The reason we have to do this is because you have ordered a 4.1m worktop. Our normal courier service will not accept worktops over 3m in length this is why they needed to come to you direct. I have looked at the notes on your order and delivery is scheduled for Monday Tuesday as they are on a 2 day service. If they don't arrive today as expected please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to help? Kind Regards Lisa

“Excellent service, ordered decking kit on a Friday and received it the following Monday. The delivery driver, Dave, was great, friendly and helpful and an excellent advert for your business. The product arrived in full with no damage and more than enough screws! I would not hesitate to recommend.”
