“The box with all my fixings had been broken and resealed. Only a small amount of fixings remained. I have phoned you and emailed you as requested. I ‘ m still waiting for replacements.”

“I recently purchased a small piece of worktop which stated with free edging. Upon receiving the item it didn’t have any edging. Upon calling I was told that my “worktop with free edging” didn’t come with free edging at all so I had to then pay more money to order the “free”edging. Two and a half weeks later I still don’t have my edging. I emailed and got an email saying due to supply issues it is delayed. Would have been nice to be told this. And now the irony. I have been asked to leave a review for my “worktop with Free edging” er what free edging would that be. The £10 edging I still haven’t got. If it isn’t included don’t call it “free edging””

“I'm not an expert on these things but the products are good quality to my eye. My only criticism would be that some items on the website are sold in lengths of 300mm which makes it harder to order. Otherwise, this is usually my go to supplier for all my woody needs.”

“Very good service. Easy to order online, good on the phone and the delivery driver was more than helpful and arrived early so I could crack on with the deck build the same day. Will be using Savoy again.”
