“Website was easy to order from. Confirmation email received straight away. Regular email updates received and delivery was as described. Delivery driver was really helpful and carried the fence panels to the side of the house. The panels themselves are excellent quality. Much better than ones I have bought previously from other places. Very happy customer”

“Very disappointed! I ordered a door way back in September 20 and it only arrived on the 15th of January 21. Despite 3 phone calls and 1 chat and 1 e-mail no one ever came back to me on what was happening with the door, understandebly Covid 19 may have had a knock effect with production etc, but no one ever returned the call even though they said they would. Eventually (another phone call) i managed to speak with a Manager who was quite condescending over the phone, the door was eventually delivered, and to my amazement it was damaged? So it will have to go back......”
