“i had to change the delivery date to make it convienient for me Gave them a call, they were happy to change it Very quick delivery love the worktop and best price i found scouring the internet. Would definately use again😀”

“Fast delivery but failed to tell me it was going to be delivered until 8.30am on the day when I had a hospital appointment. It was Tuffnels who told me and they blamed Savoy for not sending an email the previous day to advise me. I had to rearrange delivery which savoy got right the second time .”

“Product was fine but our 0rder confirmation was very misleading as it stated delivery would be within 7 working days. We had arranged for somebody to come and fit it 9 days after we had placed the order. It actually arrived after 12 working days after much chasing. Communication poor and not nice to be made to feel I was in the wrong just for assuming the order confirmation was correct. Might have just been unlucky but very little apology given so would not use again.”

Hi there, thank you for your review, I have checked all correspondence and we have not been notified of any issue with your delivery. If you could send an image of the damage to info@savoytimber.com we will issue you a replacement straightaway. Our policy is in the unlikely event that there is damage in transit we will replace or if you would like to keep the item and you can make good - we will assess the damage and propose a partial refund amount. “Photo showed finished edges......was not the case details said 1.2 m strip included..... was not the case telephoned, assured strip x2 would be dispatched.....was not the case”

Hi there, thank you for the review, I understand your point that the image on the website shows finished edges - this is to show the finished product rather than an unfinished one.
