“Ordered black gloss kitchen work top 150cms. I received it within the 3 days. When I opened it and measured the work top was only 145cms and had a chip on edge. Contacted customer services spoke to a very helpful lady who was very apologetic said she would replace the work top and have it sent out for next day delivery free of charge. I didn't hold out much hope after reading some reviews but it did arrive and before mid day. I am very please with the respond and customer service that I got. I do a lot of house renovations and will have no worries ordering from savoy timbers again. I would just like to say that going directly through savoy timbers would have cost me £37 delivery but going though ebay it cost me nothing and worktop was same price, so maybe that's the only thing that I could say that they need to rectify.”
