“I ordered 2 letters again this year & used the AI generator option. Stupidly I allowed my phone to autofill to some of the small details & when one of the letters arrived it had my name above the address. However, after a quick email the fantastic Santa's helpers sorted the problem & sent out a new letter.....Thank you so much!! I've used this company for my boys letters for years & they've always been fantastic but this year they've proved they're the absolute BEST!! Merry Christmas to everyone at Santa Letter Direct 🎄🎅”

“Buy a letter every year so it’s been the same themes and the kids just love it it’s part of the tradition now and the quality is great still top form in memory box from previous years no fading. I always think the price is really reasonable as well.”
