“Hi, I was very pleased with my babys first Christmas letter and will have this as a beautiful keepsake for years to come, but the book I ordered I am extremely disappointed. I know it said it was printed on high quality card, but for the price I at least expected to get a nice shiny hard cover instead of a poor quality paper cover which I could have printed myself! Very poor quality for the price. I am extremely disappointed with this book as I could get much better quality elsewhere.”

“Letter arrived very quickly and good quality.. also ordered a book but still not got that and it’s been 2 weeks since ordering, one person telling me it’s still being made other saying it’s out for delivery!!!!! Due to this wouldn’t order again as bad customer service”

“Misleading customers as shows you letter with activity pack and you only receive a letter. When you order it shows you to choose design then you type details you want in letter no where n the write up does it say only letter. Don’t get caught out.”
