“Second time I have ordered from you and not happy with the outcome. Ordered 2 Christmas postcards at the same time for my grandson and granddaughter who live at the same address. The younger one got his a week before Christmas like I requested but the older one did not get hers until after New Year. Not satisfactory at all so will not be ordering from you again.”

“I liked the Santa letter but when I ordered two bars of Personalised bars of chocolate I only received one of them. They were very expensive £6 each so I’m not pleased.”
