“I ordered three letters for three sisters. The two that arrived were excellent but I had a granddaughter who cried all day because her sisters had a letter from Santa and she didn't. It was cruel to have that happen and I think that whatever caused this to happen needs to be looked at and changed. I now have a 5 year old that thinks Santa hates her. It should never have happened. I cannot find the words to say how I feel about your service, surfice to say not highly. I hope you respond but won't be surprised if you don't.”

“Wasn’t too impressed really with this. I don’t really know what I was expecting, the letter content itself is cute, but I could have done it myself with a template on word and on better paper. Totally creased too which I know is Royal Mail’s issue.”
