“I did not receive my letter until several weeks after Christmas even though I ordered it well in advance and was told I’d have it before Christmas Eve.”

“The process to set up the letter and fill everything was nice and easy however my letter came in the middle of January. Had to come up with a reason why it was late for my 6 year old. Luckily she understood.”

“My son is yet to receive his letter from Santa. We got the ‘send a letter to Santa pack’ but did not receive his actual letter that was ordered at the same time .”

“I ordered 2 letters and 2 texts from Santa and we didn’t get either of the texts. I found the letters a little disappointing this time as the address. The address for the envelope was just printed on the back of the letter which didn’t look very good and they just didn’t look as authentic as previous letters I have had.”

“Ordered two letters at start of November and one arrived on time in 2nd week of December however second one didn't arrive until 5th January. Had to go through customer support several times to request digital copy so my other child could get letter before Christmas.”

“I had quite a few spelling mistakes in both my 2 children’s letters which I was going to keep as a keepsake. Sentences didn’t make sense at all. Won’t be ordering again from here”

“Hi, I’m still waiting for my sons Santa letter.. It was supposed to be delivered around 12/28/2020 and now it’s January 11, 2021.. I have no idea where the order is.. Mabe it will arrive next year 2023.. 🤷‍♀️”

“Too hard to figure out how to do it. Kept sending emails with no results. Will never do this again. Will tell others about my experience. Also, I purchased a Birthday card or letter to be sent on her Birthday, needles to say she never received it. Also, I had to have them email the letter from Santa and I had to fill it our and get it to her without her finding out. You need to make it easy.”

“Unfortunately, I cannot give a very positive review due to the fact that we received our items 2 weeks after Christmas when promised the week prior. The items themselves, the letter and customized book, we of decent quality but the disappointment on a 6 yo face when Santa DIDN'T reply...horrible. She was happy to still have received them eventually (literally came yesterday 01/07/2020). Likely will not purchase again due to this.”

“The letter was very cute but was delivered 4 days AFTER CHRISTMAS!!! Are you kidding me? Why would you do that. if you couldn't get them out on time you should not have sold them UNACCEPTABLE!!”

“I'm disappointeded, but don't want to write a mean review. The letter did not turn up in time. When ordered, delivery for 24th or earlier. Then changed, for 28 th. Arrived 29th. Contracted for 3 letters.”

“I am very disappointed. I ordered the letters on the last day they said to so that delivery could be made by Christmas and nobody got them before Christmas. One child got the letter the day after and no one else has gotten them yet.”

“I ordered two letters on the same day but I only received one letter. Still waiting on the second it’s been a week since I received the first one so I doubt it’s coming and it’s after Christmas now so won’t make a difference. The letter I did receive though was nice.”

“My grandson Jaxon received his letter and activity packet on December 21st. My grandson Jimmy NEVER received his letter and activity packet. Just imagine how upset he is that his brother received a letter and gifts from Santa but he did not. I want a refund. This is so disappointing and downright sad!!!! Christmas is supposed to be HAPPY especially for kids.”
