“I ordered 4 Santa letters at the same time. 2 showed up on time and were super cute. The other 2 came WAY after Christmas. No one got the letters because I couldn’t give two and not the others. Pretty disappointed!”

“While a very cute idea, letter did not arrive until after Christmas despite being ordered over a month prior. The grammar in template letter was not great either when you have more than one child, so we had to go in and make changes, an option for siblings would be great. Overall a good idea, but not one I would pay for again.”

“The letter arrived after Christmas. When I order the letter it said it would be delivered no later than Dec. 22nd. Since it arrived several days after Christmas my daughter wasn't really interested in it since Christmas already came and went.”

“My daughter was in tears because her letter never arrived. I ordered letters for both my kiddos Charlotte and Alessandro. However, only Alessandro’s letter arrived. It broke my heart seeing my daughter so sad. She’s a sweetheart, intelligent and compassionate 10 year old child. Both of my children believe in Santa.”

“I am giving 2 out of 5 only because the grandchildren that DID receive the letter enjoyed and were happy. 2 of the 5 I had ordered was NEVER delivered. I will not do this again.”
