“The letter didn’t arrive on time and I only received one text for my daughter although I paid for both. I didn’t receive the activity books that were part of the package I ordered Unfortunately this was not helpful for me this year.”

“Christmas Eve is here and our son's letter never came, although it was ordered all the way back on 12.8.20. If you're company can't guarantee delivery then you should at least provide an email version for free to ensure that we get what we have paid for.”

“Letters should of been here for the 19th. I picked a specific date. It's now the 23rd and they still haven't arrived. Xmas Eve tomorrow so very much doubt they will come tomorrow so waste of money.”

“Unlike previous years we have only received one of my children's letter. So have another child upset as thinks father christmas has ignored her letter or she's on the naughty list. Fingers crossed it comes tomorrow.”

“Ordered letters to be sent out to my brother and daughter weeks ago with the promise that they would be sent out last week. Last year and the years before,they came the day after they were posted, which is why I’m a loyal customer. It’s been a whole week and Christmas is in less than 3 days and I’m now worried they won’t come in time. Fingers crossed, cutting it very close though. I understand that Royal Mail is backed up which is why I ordered a long time ago.”
