“The process this year was a little confusing. The Santa list letter caused a lot of that. I got emails saying I needed updates but it had both list and letter in one which meant I got confused with which one needed updates.”

“It is good but the only criticism I have is that half the excitement of Xmas is that children do not know whether they are going to receive the present they have asked Santa for. However most if not all of your letters say Father Xmas is bringing that present or preparing it etc. You shouldn't say that.”

Hello Tiffany Thank you for your review and I am so sorry to hear that this letter has not arrived yet. I have just checked and we posted it on the 28th November, we have had some problems with the Royal Mail postal strikes which I think may have delayed things but rest assured it is on it's way. I have also just created a digital version as backup. I hope that this helps.
