Suits a wide age range ( my grandchildren are 8, 10 & 12), the variety of letters available is excellent. It would be helpful to be able to view all the choices more easily before selecting though. This year I wasn’t able to choose when I wanted the letters delivered which I’ve previously been able to do. When I queried this I had a prompt reply explaining that they weren’t able to offer this option this year because of the uncertainty of postal strikes - a valid and sensible reason. Once on the mailing list you do get bombarded with emails throughout the year, not just for Christmas.
