“My daughter loved the letter she was so happy with it the only down fal was it was the wrong letter I asked for. paid alot of money for a letter for my daughter and get sent the wrong one and in the email I got said it was free letter never ! I paid £11 for it delivery was free that was it so don't fall for that email .”

“The pack itself is amazing. Lots to do, however I order 2 at the same time, yet the letters were sent out at different times. One daughter got has hers but the other is still waiting. Which has upset her a little.”

“Unfortunately my two grandaughters did not receive their letters from Santa at the same time. This was I suspect because of postal issues. However it caused quite a lot of distress. Given the situation at the moment with the postal service, would it have been better to put multiple letters for the same address in the same package. However both my grandaughters loved the letters (when the second eventually arrived). They were of excellent quality and were very excited to receive them. The 4 stars is only because of the distress. Thank you very much. Will certainly use the service again.”

Hello Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that the letters arrived separately. Unfortunately sometimes letters posted together do arrive separately and I am sorry for this. We have thought of putting letters together in the past but feel that part of the experience is them each opening their own special envelope we do appreciate the feedback though and I am glad that the other letter has now landed safely.

“I've been ordering from Santa direct since my son was born, the first letter was blue with a cute baby on for his 1st Christmas..my son is now 4. I am looking forward to see his face this year as he finds his letter from Santa at the front door. Now he is 4 I think he Will enjoy recognising his name and listening as I read his letter to him. Nice yearly keepsake to show the changes over the years! Haven't yet given him his letter as it's too early but I will keep it ready to leave at the door on the 1st December..photo is last year's.”
