“I requested the delivery for 6th December and it still hasn’t been received. I have emailed on numerous occasions and haven’t heard anything back apart from a generated email that says if I don’t receive a ticket to contact a different email address and I still haven’t heard anything”

“Ordered 2 for my grandsons and they did not arrive . I was sent a link to download the letters to print, and that did not work. I am very upset that this is happening. Next year I will definitely use someone else to get a letter from Santa for them. A huge disappointment and can not even reach someone on the phone for customer service”

“These are magical! I complete one for each of the grandchildren under 11 each year and the team are brilliant as supporting me when I have a question. They check in if they think there is an error (spelling or the wrong box ticked and their response is often in the hour during the day. The form to complete is straight forward and only takes a few minutes. I really like the fact I can write a paragraph on the child and it then generates a letter that is so personal rather than a stock one that I just fill in a few boxes so everyones letter is the same. My 10 Ietters send out are for ages 3-11 and often 2-4 children in each household so it it great that the letters are individual. As you can also change the design boarder this adds to the individuality. They love to get the additional activities too and it keeps them quiet for awhile. Its great that there are discount availalble too as it can be very expensive to do. my elder grandchildren still remember when their letters arrived and how excited they were to be on the good / nice list I even have it in my diary for next year as there will be at least one more letter to be done and hopefully for many years to come. A big thank you to the team helping santa write them you are amazing!”
