“Paper quality could have been nicer and the print job looked like it was just printed at home. The AI wording was really good however. Also, both letters used my details on the address and not the children's, so it looked like it was going to me and not the kids. I filled the form in correctly so I'm not sure why this was done. I had to cover over my name and find new envelopes.”
