“This is the second year I have purchased two letters from this company. There are so many different choices of letters to choose from it took me ages to decide on which ones to choose. “I’ve been using you for many years. This is the first time I’ve felt let down and disappointed with your service. I ordered a birthday card for my daughter’s birthday, which was on Tuesday 14th January and the card only arrived today! My daughter was asking where her annual birthday card from Father Christmas was, on her Birthday and I didn’t know what to say to her.”
