“Can't say yet as his birthday is on the 9th but as you know i have been with you now for eight years-birthdays xmas, postcard in the summer so think this time will be as good as always. There's always a surprise that Santa is around always not just in Dec.”

“Having amended delivery address and birthdate, for my Grandson, in December 2024 for a delivery in May 2025, they still sent the birthday card out incorrectly, even when emails from them acknowledged the change. Emailed them to complain and zero response. Will never use this service again.”

“Thank you I have received my letter my granddaughter and grandson will love them as they did the one from santa it is such a lovely idea for the kids it makes Easter time a bit special for the kids not just chocolate eggs but a letter from the Easter bunny I would recommend you try this”
