“Aways worth it to see the smile on my 8 year old granddaughter's face when I give her this letter. This is about the 4th or 5th time I've ordered the Santa Letter, so that speaks for itself. Great selection of themes to choose from.”

“Didn't receive the letter it's 22nd Dec 2023 and the letter still has not arrived. I'm extremely disappointed, as not received the goods to what I paid for. And a son to whom is devastated, and cried for several days about it. As now he thinks Santa has forgotten him. So overall emotionally torn with disappointment.”

“Lovely written letter, worded so nicely with the few bits I put in. Just a shame its thin plain paper, expected maybe card as its quite expensive for the cheap flimsy paper its actually on. Otherwise lovely idea.”

“Never received either of my 2 orders offered no refund just an alternative of digital copies. Which is not what was paid for. Told if they don’t arrive by Christmas to contact them. Terrible customer service”
