“Letters didn’t arrive, despite me filling the form out on December 15th. Disappointed children, out of pocket Dad! I received an email to say they had been sent December 16th, didn’t arrive despite me receiving post every day.”

“No letters to date and several times I’ve asked for confirmation or customer service and zero response. I ordered 6 letters with activity packets. I’m disappointed.”

“I have ordered a Santa letter from Santa Letter Direct every Christmas for the last few years. My son always loves receiving it. It is delightful and he is always thrilled with the personalisation and how Santa knows all about him. His nice list certificate always goes pride of place on the fireplace. The process is easy to order and easy to check with the preview. Delivery was a little later than stated but only by 2 postal days during late December.”

“Our order was totally messed up. Sent nice list cert and a letter for another kid in the same envelope. My other child didn’t have a nice list certificate massively upset histerical as a result. Contacted company offered me onto to send out new packs. Then offered me a refund. Zero sympathy for level of chaos caused. Meant to be magical was not magical.”

“We were very impressed with the service of ordering our letters. We were kept up to date when they would arrive & were actually earlier than expected which was a lovely surprise & our 2 grandchildren absolutely loved them.
