“*AVOID* Ordered May 1st 2022 was initially told 3-5 working days for delivery then was sent an email to say there had been a delay and it would be 2 weeks which was fine, 2 weeks passed and I called for an update to be told the delivery company had delivered my item the day before (they obviously hadnt) was then told they would send it out with a different company and I would receive it the following day, again this never happened. Tried numerous times to get an answer to no avail eventually spoke with someone via what's app to be told basically when it's left the factory they're not responsible for the delivery of the item. Appalling customer service! Quick enough to take the money from your account but not able to communicate with customers. Item was received this afternoon with no prior warning and left on the kerbside! Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone! Avoid at all costs.”

“Chipping arrived and they are fantastic. Kids live their new play park. Delivery was a few weeks late but the lady that dealt with it for us from safety play was very helpful and resolved the problem.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish, Delivery was very quick. I was notified each stage of the process from order to delivery. The chippings were exactly as expected, so I am really pleased. The 500kg bag that I order has certainly helped to improve the overall look of my garden . Thank you”

“2 bags were a vibrant green as advertised We extended the play area a short time later and the last bag is more black than green NOT the vibrant green as advertised Beware ! order all you need at the same time or you may have a mismatched area We are so disappointed as the difference in colour is very obvious”

“Great product! Very impressed with the vibrancy of the colour it looks brilliant in the garden. The service was brilliant from ordering a sample to final delivery to even a call after delivery to check if I was happy with the product. I would definitely recommend to all 5*”
