Terrible experience from purchasing the product. Delivery was a joke to sort out. Due to pebble driveway which was advised before and a change of delivery method required but wasn’t sorted so, Delivery driver was incapable of delivering when arrived and attitude was terrible also to myself and my neighbours. He wanted to leave it in the middle of a road. so I myself had to do it with pump truck sustaining a muscle injuring.

Delay in order. Promised delivery would be Friday or Saturday just gone. No update, no email, no call. AND NO DELIVERY!!

I placed an order at the start of September, I was then notified by the company they had an issue with some components and there would be a slight delay in receiving my order, these things can happen so wasn't a major problem for me. I spoke to the company 5 days ago who assured me I'd get my order yesterday. I've not received any communication from a delivery firm or Safety Play. I tried calling all day yesterday and Safety Play is completely unresponsive, I've tried phone, email and Chat......NO response as yet!!! Reading other recent customer reviews there are several customers missing their orders and they too are unable to speak to anyone. Looks like I'll be calling my bank to reclaim my funds.

Similar to other reviews the company has gone unresponsive. DO NOT USE! They will take your money but you cannot contact them. I have started the process of trying to get my money back through my credit card company.

Do not use! I am still waiting. I placed an order with this company on 10th August and after correspondence I was told today would be the latest date I would receive my order. Obviously disappointed but I accepted that. I have had no further correspondence about delivery and tried to make several attempts to contact them through all methods with no joy. I have now asked for a full refund but I am concerned they won't even respond to that.

If you want to be lied to and wait weeks on end for delivery then use this company. Save the hassle spend another £30ish and buy it elsewhere Absolutely bloody ridiculous.

Absolutely disgraceful. First order was massively delayed to to a faulty machine that makes the product. the company finally delivered the product late and called me to apologise which went down well so I removed my review at their request. Placed another order which has been delivered but well short of what we have paid for. Tried calling their number constantly, no answer and the number eventually terminates the calls. Where do I go from here.

Paid substantial amount of money for this product some weeks ago having being informed delivery will take 7-10 days. Made a call to someone who advised the machine which makes the product was broke which should be up and running within a few days so I will getting the order back end of this week only to receive a Wattsapp message stating we don't have a date for delivery yet but it should be by the following week (again). The phone is not being answered despite constant calling. I'm very frustrated and nervous about my order not being fulfilled so I'm having to seek advice from the ombudsman.

I submitted a review on this website approximately a week ago. I am really disappointed to see that it has been deleted. I am only to assume that this is the case because it was negative - I have noticed others that had similar concerns to me have also been removed. I placed an order and received confirmation on 15 June. Between now (9 July) I have not received any further correspondence to advise of delivery. I have paid a substantial amount of money, and have friends that have used this company so they absolutely came with a positive recommendation. It is very disappointing that I have sent WhatsApp messages (to the business account via ‘chat to us’ on their website), emails and attempted to call them with no success.

I placed an order on 20th June advised that order would be delivered 7/10 days still not arrived still no advised delivery date phoned 20times sent 3email no response however payment WAS removed from my bank within 12hrs of order just need to have confirmation of a delivery

Ordered 15 June, have received one email to confirm order.. no further communication despite attempts made via WhatsApp, email and telephone. I am concerned I’ve spent a considerable amount of money to not have any product.. or any update as to when it will be delivered. Ordered from Safety Play on recommendation from a work colleague however now wish I hadn’t.

Paid for an item that hasn’t been received our end! Have made endless calls and never had an answer. Sent email after email and WhatsApp messages and no reply . Went with this company due to reviews and price but wish we hadn’t bothered.

Complete waste of time! Ordered, payment taken for stocked items. On day of delivery notified 2 week delay due to no stock. 2 Weeks later delivery company appeared to deliver (I wasn't home) so failed to deliver. Follow up delivery wasn't attempted due to gravel drive and no physical kerbside. Excuse was company only deliver to Kerbside. Safety Play ensured they would find another courier, another week later, notification of order cancellation. Spoke with them they only use they're local courier so favoured cancellation. Don't waste your time. Multiple false promises!

*AVOID* Ordered May 1st 2022 was initially told 3-5 working days for delivery then was sent an email to say there had been a delay and it would be 2 weeks which was fine, 2 weeks passed and I called for an update to be told the delivery company had delivered my item the day before (they obviously hadnt) was then told they would send it out with a different company and I would receive it the following day, again this never happened. Tried numerous times to get an answer to no avail eventually spoke with someone via what's app to be told basically when it's left the factory they're not responsible for the delivery of the item. Appalling customer service! Quick enough to take the money from your account but not able to communicate with customers. Item was received this afternoon with no prior warning and left on the kerbside! Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone! Avoid at all costs.

2 bags were a vibrant green as advertised We extended the play area a short time later and the last bag is more black than green NOT the vibrant green as advertised Beware ! order all you need at the same time or you may have a mismatched area We are so disappointed as the difference in colour is very obvious

I would love to be able to post a review about the product, but since placing and order on June 21, after speaking with a member of their sales team where I was told that delivery would take longer than usual and would be 10-12 working days, I'm still waiting to even get a confirmed delivery date. On July 7 I received an email saying that due to "technical issues" my order would take a further 1-2 weeks, and then on July 30 another apologetic email saying they couldn't fulfil my order. No reason given. I've tried calling but they don't answer irrespective of which option you pick, preferring to hide behind the anonymity of emails. I can't afford to wait any longer so will be cancelling my order.
