Metal spikes sticking out the rubber, very sharp and has been getting stuck in the kids feet. Not good for what you pay

Horrendous quality. Left with a bag of what is essentially rubber dust! Emailed and called over 100 times over three days to try and resolve this but no response/answer.

Not impressed with the quality at all. Doesn't seem like the old tyres were cleaned at all before being shredded which natural resources Wales and public health Wales have explained is hazardous waste. Returned the product and lost money in the process.

Terrible experience from purchasing the product. Delivery was a joke to sort out. Due to pebble driveway which was advised before and a change of delivery method required but wasn’t sorted so, Delivery driver was incapable of delivering when arrived and attitude was terrible also to myself and my neighbours. He wanted to leave it in the middle of a road. so I myself had to do it with pump truck sustaining a muscle injuring.

Delay in order. Promised delivery would be Friday or Saturday just gone. No update, no email, no call. AND NO DELIVERY!!

I placed an order at the start of September, I was then notified by the company they had an issue with some components and there would be a slight delay in receiving my order, these things can happen so wasn't a major problem for me. I spoke to the company 5 days ago who assured me I'd get my order yesterday. I've not received any communication from a delivery firm or Safety Play. I tried calling all day yesterday and Safety Play is completely unresponsive, I've tried phone, email and Chat......NO response as yet!!! Reading other recent customer reviews there are several customers missing their orders and they too are unable to speak to anyone. Looks like I'll be calling my bank to reclaim my funds.

Similar to other reviews the company has gone unresponsive. DO NOT USE! They will take your money but you cannot contact them. I have started the process of trying to get my money back through my credit card company.

Do not use! I am still waiting. I placed an order with this company on 10th August and after correspondence I was told today would be the latest date I would receive my order. Obviously disappointed but I accepted that. I have had no further correspondence about delivery and tried to make several attempts to contact them through all methods with no joy. I have now asked for a full refund but I am concerned they won't even respond to that.

If you want to be lied to and wait weeks on end for delivery then use this company. Save the hassle spend another £30ish and buy it elsewhere Absolutely bloody ridiculous.

Absolutely disgraceful. First order was massively delayed to to a faulty machine that makes the product. the company finally delivered the product late and called me to apologise which went down well so I removed my review at their request. Placed another order which has been delivered but well short of what we have paid for. Tried calling their number constantly, no answer and the number eventually terminates the calls. Where do I go from here.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM ONLY RECEPTION / ADMIN TEAM WHO CANNOT ANSWER QUESTIONS AND CANNOT PUT YOU THROUGH TO THE TEAM THAT CAN HELP After reading the previous reviews we decided to go ahead with our purchase. We placed an order for rubber chippings on Friday 9 August requesting delivery the following week (within the 3-5 days estimated delivery) as we were on annual leave and could therefore receive delivery. As at Friday 16 August we have still not received our order or an update. We contacted Safetyplay at 9am this morning and have since called them 7/8 times and emailed them. The contact number goes through to reception/admin team, they have no ability to track your order or any other information, they cannot make external calls, send emails etc, all they can do is 'dial the order team number' and then say they are busy and they will leave an urgent message for them to call us. On other calls they have said that the order team were busy without even trying to call them! Apparently the line should go through to the customer service team but diverts when the line is busy. I would accept if our order is delayed and not being delivered today but despite numerous calls and numerous chases no-one has been able to give us any update. We asked to cancel our order which again we cannot do without speaking to customer service team who are busy and therefore we cannot get through to them. All I can think is this company is a FRAUD - DO NOT BUY HERE, SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND ENERGY AND ORDER ELSEWHERE.

Ordered 10 bags of play bark. After 3 weeks of waiting I rang and asked where it was. I was told that the 'bagging' machine had broken down and orders were delayed. It actually took me to chase this up. When the order arrived the bags received were around 20% filled with water/moisture...meaning I received about 20% less actual product than I paid for. I chased this up 5 times via email and 5 times via phone. None of my correspondence nor messages were returned. I can only presume the company is understaffed, unprofessional or simply fraudulent. I would recommend avoiding doing any business with SafetyPlay based on my dealings with them

Terrible customer service, we placed our order being told normal delivery after 4 calls to chase delivery and waiting weeks we was told the machine broke, no phonecall or email to explain. Promised delivery day before we get an email to say refunded with no explination. Poor service and very frustrating.

Ordered my play bark 10 days ago, no contact from the company and now they have sent an email saying they have refunded me - which they haven't and no excuse as to why and nobody to contact. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately the stuff hasnt even arrived at destination yet before being sent the email to review so its hard to give anything else. However i do understand given the current situation
