“The grey bark was as expected and looks lovely down however the amount of stones and pieces of sharp broken tiles wasn’t great. Had to put it down bucket by bucket so I could check through it all to make sure there was nothing sharp incase my daughter went on the bark without shoes. Overall it’s done the job.”

“I was slightly dubious after ordering and reading reviews of items that hadn't turned up. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find my order arrived on time and on the day advised by the courier. I did send an email to chase the order and was told it would arrive a couple of days later. I then received the appropriate tracking details from the courier. Really pleased with the quality and quantity of the rubber chippings that have arrived. It looks great. Really happy”

“Great product, we ordered the brown rubber mulch chippings for our son’s play area and it’s perfect. We were informed that there was a delay in shipping due to the colour being out of stock but we were given options should we want to change it for something else. We were happy to wait and it came exactly when advised. Definitely recommend and know where to go should we need more”

“Absolute scam! Avoid at all costs! I would have given zero stars if I could. Paid for a bulk bag of purple rubber chippings. Received confirmation, but nothing regarding delivery. Rang the number off the website, a lady answered who told us it would be getting delivered the following Monday, stayed home all day, no delivery, no response to any emails, not answering the phone. We rang them off a different number where the same lady told us she was not safety play, then repeatedly tried calling again, only to be met with giff gaff voicemail, then just ringing out again. Zero response to emails. Police, fraud team and bank now notified. The address of this company is not correct, as verified by other businesses there.”
