“Absolute scam! Avoid at all costs! I would have given zero stars if I could. Paid for a bulk bag of purple rubber chippings. Received confirmation, but nothing regarding delivery. Rang the number off the website, a lady answered who told us it would be getting delivered the following Monday, stayed home all day, no delivery, no response to any emails, not answering the phone. We rang them off a different number where the same lady told us she was not safety play, then repeatedly tried calling again, only to be met with giff gaff voicemail, then just ringing out again. Zero response to emails. Police, fraud team and bank now notified. The address of this company is not correct, as verified by other businesses there.”

“Quick delivery, no hassle, easy for me to change my order (added more mulch!) the grey mulch looks great in the play area. Kids love it, think they'd be happy with mulch and no play equipment!! Super soft and bouncy, I'm confident it'll do the job to protect them when they inevitability fall.”

“Not as expected, lots of very small black rubber bits within brown larger chips. Delivery left bags outside neighbours no where near our property, blocking whole alley for all neighbours.”

“Good product and good service, thank you. I has dropped a star because the phone was not answered anytime I rang, and the delivery did not come in the morning as requested, but was in the afternoon after my team had gone home. Otherwise, the childrens play area is much safer again, thank you.”

“Ordering was simple, I would say I over estimated, should have gone for alot less than what I ordered, it arrived very quickly but on 2 separate days, would have been preferable if it arrived on the same day, it's quite compressed so takes abit of shovelling out to get it out of the bags, easy to spread out, I would also advise you sift through it, found a few twigs and cable ties, all in all good value for money and has made my kids play area safe, 4/5 will see how it withstands northern weather.”
