Ordered 2 x 500kg bulk bags of brown rubber chippings. Both of the bags were only half filled with acceptable chunks of rubber chippings, the rest was like rubber dust! Tried telephoning the company but no answer. Wanted to finish the play area quickly so reluctantly purchased another 2 bulk bags. Same disappointing issue again, with only half the bags containing decent sized rubber chippings. What we have now is acceptable but only due to the fact that we had to purchase twice the amount we actually needed to get decent sized rubber chippings to provide a safer floor area under childrens play equipment.

Rubber chips delivered were extremely dusty and significantly below the particle size of the image shown in the listing. We are returning the product - which although initial delivery is free, returning is at an additional cost, which is disappointing.

Ordered twice, delayed and late twice. £5 refund is a joke. Will order elsewhere next time

The company do not listen, I asked a few times about a weekend delivery and being notified with delivery updates as the 9, 500kg bags were being delivered to a school. Neither option happened, I woke up Thursday morning to an email saying my order was on its way that morning and to my surprise it was due at school drop off time so I had to quickly change where it was delivered to. This has mean’t I am moving it twice as having to put in my van one bag at a time and unload at the school and it’s not the easiest stuff to move. Would I recommend, not if you need it to be delivered at a specific time.

Lead time is 7-12 working days on their website. I get it, times are crazy and saving grace is I'm mostly working from home but it's taken 32 days from date of ordering to delivery and ME chasing it. Cannot fault the courier, they were fab. But good customer service is paramount and acknowledgement is what a good company needs and sales would increase with positive feedback...... I think the good product is superseeded by the complete lack of communication and I would probably not order from them again. I'm glad I have my product and its all over and done with and my son can play safely.

Product is brilliant, however customer service and communication is appalling. Constantly lied to about the status of my order and the delivery date. Promised a call back in 30 minutes but never happened then they avoided answering the phone until the phone line closed at 5pm. Waited in all day for delivery which never arrived. Courier arrived the following day and called me when he was outside my home. Don’t believe the lies from this company that it’s the couriers fault. They tell you your item has been dispatched when it hasn’t and try to blame the courier

I understand these are exceptional times (covid 19) I ordered because of the in stock staus. The lack of communication and the fact that I haven't received the rubber chippings after 3 weeks, lead to a poor experience. I rang on Thursday to be told I would receive an email/text Friday it's now Sunday, I think the delivery may be tomorrow! Fingers crossed.

Communication once my payment was taken was very poor and when I was able to get hold of someone I was given an incorrect delivery date. Delivery was estimated at 7-10 days but took 27 days. Price and quality of product is good.

The product in terms of chippings is great but the customer service was incredibly poor to begin with. I was not updated, was hung up on when I queried what was happening, given false dates for delivery and found the initial dealings terrible as I requested email confirmation of what was happening and never received it. However when trying to complain I finally spoke to someone who knew what they were doing and from that point on I got confirmation of a delivery day and email confirmation that I had initially requested. It was an utter shame that one person let this company down on three occasions in my dealings with them despite my not unreasonable requests in wanting to know where my product was that I had paid for and wanting to be kept updated about delays and why.
