“I ordered some blue rubber chippings for my nephew’s play area. The product is absolutely fantastic. The colour is as vibrant as it looked in the pictures, which was a nice surprise to be honest. I contacted the customer help desk to rearrange delivery dates and the staff member i spoke to was ever so helpful and polite. The delivery got sorted and was easily handled. My brother and I are very satisfied, as is my little nephew. (Also safe to trip and fall!) I would strongly recommend Safety Play to anybody looking in to soft play area chippings. All in all great value for money and service! Thank you Safety Play!”

“Absolutely brilliant product. I used the free sample offer to choose my colour, then I placed my order. Very happy with the customer service provided. I was kept updated with my delivery date and on the day of delivery I was given a 2 hr time slot. I can highly recommend using Safety Play. Thank you.”

“Rubber chips delivered were extremely dusty and significantly below the particle size of the image shown in the listing. We are returning the product - which although initial delivery is free, returning is at an additional cost, which is disappointing.”

“We have had two deliveries from Safety Play (so far) and are delighted with the results. They delivered on the day that we wanted and were very forgiving and amenable when I made an error on the 2nd order with the delivery address. We'll be placing another order shortly to finish the area off, but 100% satisfied and thoroughly recommended.”

“Really happy with the product from Safety Play. Only opportunity for improvement would be to give 1 day notice of when delivery would arrive. Unexpected so had to leave work to receipt. Only notification was 3 hours from the courier. Other than that, good experience for a quality product for a really good price with the discount on the website.”

“Similar to other reviews the company has gone unresponsive. DO NOT USE! They will take your money but you cannot contact them. I have started the process of trying to get my money back through my credit card company.”

“Do not use! I am still waiting. I placed an order with this company on 10th August and after correspondence I was told today would be the latest date I would receive my order. Obviously disappointed but I accepted that. I have had no further correspondence about delivery and tried to make several attempts to contact them through all methods with no joy. I have now asked for a full refund but I am concerned they won't even respond to that.”
